5. Cancellations & Amendments

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes, provided the order has not already been prepared or dispatched. Cancellations and amendments may not be possible once the order is en route or has already been delivered.
- Cancellation by Customer: Orders can generally be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Custom/bespoke orders may be excluded from standard cancellation rights if they have already been started, in accordance with UK consumer law.
- Cancellation by Shadwell Florist: Should we be unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances or lack of availability, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a full refund via the original payment method.
Please note: Refunds are processed as quickly as possible, but it may take several working days for the transaction to appear on your statement, depending on your bank/payment provider.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are generally not accepted. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of your flowers or if the product does not match your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Photographic evidence may be required.
- Faulty or Damaged Goods: If your order arrives in poor condition, we will investigate and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or partial/full refund.
- Non-Delivery: If an order fails to arrive on the selected date, please report the issue promptly. We will investigate and provide a suitable solution, which may include redelivery or refund.
7. Liability
